These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Logic Institute mobile app, web portal at app.logichrd.com, and the public marketing site at logichrd.com (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who we are
The Service is operated by LOGIC INSTITUTE FOR TRAINING W.L.L, a training institute licensed in the Kingdom of Bahrain, headquartered at Building 954, Road 3620, Block 436 Al Seef, Manama, Bahrain.
Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for:
- Employees of institutions that have contracted with Logic Institute for HR management and attendance tracking.
- Learners enrolled in a Logic Institute training programme or course.
- Trainers delivering Logic Institute programmes.
- HR administrators and clients at sponsoring organisations.
- Logic Institute staff operating the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old and have the necessary consent or authority to use the Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password and any biometric quick-sign-in configured on your device secure. Don't share them.
- One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts to evade attendance rules, geofencing checks, or leave-balance calculations.
- The information you provide (CPR, name, employment details) must be true and up to date. We may suspend accounts where information appears to be falsified.
- You're responsible for activity that happens through your account, including check-ins, leave submissions, and any decisions you make as a manager or HR administrator.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Falsify attendance or attempt to bypass attendance, geofencing, or identity-verification controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Scrape the Service, run automated requests outside of officially documented integration channels, or otherwise overload our infrastructure.
- Access data, accounts, or institutions that you are not authorised to access, including by attempting to bypass security or access controls. Please report security issues to us instead.
- Upload malware, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, or content that violates Bahrain law.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against other users.
Location and notifications
By using the Service, you consent to:
- One-time GPS lookups at the moment of check-in or check-out, to verify you're within the workplace geofence. You can deny this — the check-in still goes through but is flagged for HR review.
- Push notifications for class reminders, leave decisions, and attendance alerts. You can disable specific categories in your device settings.

Intellectual property
The Service's code, design, copy, course materials, certificates, and trade marks are owned by Logic Institute or its content partners and accrediting bodies.
- You may view, download, and print materials for your own personal learning or work use.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense course materials, certificates, or any other content from the Service without our written permission.
- User-submitted content (e.g. profile photos, CV uploads, leave request notes) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Logic Institute a limited licence to store and display it as part of operating the Service for you and your institution.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.
- You falsify information at signup, in attendance check-ins, or in leave requests.
- Your relationship with the sponsoring institution ends (e.g. employment termination, programme completion). Your institution's HR controls this at their end.
- A regulator or court orders us to.
You can close your own account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. See the Privacy Policy for what gets deleted, anonymised, and retained.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Bahrain law, Logic Institute and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by Bahrain law, Logic Institute's liability is limited to direct damages only.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Changes to these Terms
If we materially change these Terms, we'll notify you in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change date means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version is always at logichrd.com/terms.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any institution-specific agreements) are the entire agreement between you and Logic Institute regarding the Service.
