Course Overview

Strategic contract management at the financial level. Covers the KPIs and financial measures used to manage contract performance, the application of strategic sourcing across direct and indirect spend, currency and commodity volatility management, and the financial techniques (WACC, NPV, ROCE, balanced scorecards) used to measure supply chain performance.

You'll cover advanced KPIs for contract performance (cost, quality, delivery, safety, ESG, product development), strategic sourcing for direct and indirect categories with supplier capability assessment, financial techniques affecting supply chains (working capital, WACC, currency volatility, commodity hedging via spot/forward/futures), and the financial and benchmarking measures used to assess supply chain performance over time.
