Do you deliver custom in-house programs?
Yes. Beyond open-enrolment cohorts, we run private cohorts inside companies or at our premises, tailored to the specific business context — your sector, your processes, your KPIs. The credential issued is the same as the public version when an awarding-body qualification is involved.
What's the minimum team size for a private cohort?
It depends on the program, but typically 8 – 12 learners is the practical minimum for an in-house cohort. Below that, open-enrolment is usually more cost-effective. We confirm the right format during the discovery call.
How long does it take to set up?
For open-enrolment seats, immediately — your staff join the next published cohort. For custom in-house programs, expect 2 – 4 weeks from proposal acceptance to first class, including any Tamkeen application time.
Which programs do other companies in our sector usually pick?

Can you train people in English and Arabic?
The awarding-body examinations (CIPS, CILT, DMI) are delivered in English. Classroom support, discussions, and materials can include Arabic alongside English where it helps learning. We confirm the right language mix during scoping.
