تنكسر سلاسل التوريد بطرق يمكن توقّعها — تقلّبات العملة، وإعسار الموردين، والتهديدات الأمنية، وإخفاقات ESG. تتناول هذه الوحدة الأدوات والأساليب اللازمة لتحديد هذه المخاطر وتقييمها والتخفيف منها ومتابعتها، إضافة إلى التخطيط للطوارئ وطبقات التأمين التي تُبقي العمليات قائمة حين يحدث خلل.

Core module · 6 credits · Objective Response (OR) exam · 1.5-hour duration. A structured approach to supply chain risk. You'll cover categories of risk (financial, strategic, operational, hazard), the use of model-form contracts to allocate risk, third-party providers for credit/audit/disaster-recovery services, insurance categories (public liability, professional indemnity, product liability, trade credit), and the risk register / probability-impact assessment toolkit used to mitigate risk at the strategic level.
