هذه هي وحدة التتويج في البرنامج. تطبّق فيها ما تعلمته من L4M1 إلى L4M7 على سيناريوهات عمل متكاملة في القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص والقطاع الثالث. تشمل الوحدة التحليل المالي باستخدام البيانات المنشورة، وحساب نقطة التعادل، واتخاذ قرارات عملية مرتبطة بالاستدامة والحوكمة ESG. ويتم تقييمها من خلال اختبار دراسة حالة، لتكون الجسر بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق المهني.

المنهج وتفاصيل الدورة

Core module · 12 credits · Constructed Response (CR) exam · 3-hour duration. The applied module that integrates everything from the previous seven. You'll work case studies that demand the full procurement cycle — pre- and post-contract stages — across public, private, and third-sector contexts. Includes calculation of financial performance indicators from published statements, break-even analysis, and applied whole-life asset management. The CR exam tests practical judgement, not memorization.
