This module covers the key concepts surrounding supply chain operations across four main components: fundamentals of a supply chain (the input-transformation-output model applied to all entities including businesses, government, and NGOs), the supply chain environment (suppliers, competitors, labour markets, financial institutions, customers, trade unions, governments), the operation of a supply chain (key operational activities), and supply chain performance (KPIs, internal/external capabilities, inter-supply-chain competition).
