You'll cover whole-life costing models (acquisition + operation + maintenance + disposal), inventory classifications (raw, WIP, finished, ABC), warehousing fundamentals, and modern inventory control techniques (MRP II, ERP, JIT). Includes disposal and end-of-life considerations including closed-loop and triple-bottom-line thinking.
