Core module · 6 credits · Objective Response (OR) exam · 1.5-hour duration. The legal and commercial mechanics of the contracts procurement professionals work with every day. You'll cover the formation of contracts (offer, acceptance, consideration, intention), the differences between one-off purchases, frameworks, call-offs, and services contracts, and the specific clauses that protect organizations — indemnities, sub-contracting, insurances, liquidated damages, and pricing mechanisms.
