Course Details

Core module · 6 credits · Objective Response (OR) exam · 1.5-hour duration. The module that turns 'finding a supplier' into a structured, defensible process. You'll work through sourcing options (make-or-buy, single vs. multiple sourcing), supplier financial analysis (profitability, liquidity, gearing), and the legal/ethical compliance frameworks that govern sourcing in public, private, and third sectors. Includes international sourcing mechanics — Incoterms, customs, letters of credit.
