This module covers the dynamics of supplier relationships across the lifecycle — from selection and onboarding through performance management to partnership or termination. Includes portfolio analysis, STEEPLED scanning, and the discipline of running a partnership.

Covers stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and the specific discipline of building partnerships — what makes them work, why they fail, and when to terminate. Includes legal and continuity considerations around exiting supplier relationships.
