Core module · 12 credits · Constructed Response (CR) exam · 3-hour duration. The financial-strategic module. You'll cover advanced KPIs for contract performance (cost, quality, delivery, safety, ESG, product development), strategic sourcing for direct and indirect categories with supplier capability assessment, financial techniques affecting supply chains (working capital, WACC, currency volatility, commodity hedging via spot/forward/futures), and the financial and benchmarking measures used to assess supply chain performance over time.
