You'll evaluate the drivers shaping future procurement requirements (alignment, complexity, network strategies, resilience), the skills and knowledge senior procurement leaders will need (functional, interpersonal, strategic, ESG), the influence of the external environment (volatile global environment, future risks), and the strategic challenges of innovation, collaboration, and competitive advantage in a rapidly changing profession.
