You'll cover the strategic challenges of globalisation (centralised vs regionalised inventory, multi-mode freight, extended pipelines, location analysis), the structure of global logistics and supply chain networks (3PL/4PL, OEM influence, reconfiguration), the legal and governance dimensions of global supply chains (international courts, jurisdiction, shipment law), and the rising importance of reverse logistics in the circular economy.
