Optional module · 80 guided learning hours · Closed-book written examination · 50% pass mark. The Inventory module focuses specifically on three areas: managing inventory (why organisations hold it, alternatives, stock classifications, trade-offs, stockholding costs, forecasting, inventory systems), controlling stock (planning, modelling, risks, commercial elements, reverse logistics, business-driven models, current systems), and managing performance (tracking, auditing, KPIs, reporting).
